The Women in Science Project aims to empower, support, and connect women in their pursuit of excellence in science or science-related studies by:

 

Starting a mentorship program between current students and alumni

 

Offering career development for current students, including salary negotiation workshops

Providing grants for students to travel to conferences, which are typically dominated by men
